Please join us for two upcoming exhibitions of STEM Academy student artwork! 24 students have artwork on display through the month of October at the Downingtown Library. Our annual autumn exhibit at the library includes the work of students from grades 10 and 11 that was recognized for its artistic achievement (purple ribbons) at the STEM Academy Arts Night in March. Thank you to the Downingtown Library for this opportunity to show our artwork in the community. Most of the artwork is on view in the "programs room" (please ask a librarian to take a peek if the doors are closed), with a few 3D pieces on a book shelf in the main area. When you visit, be sure to support the library by browsing the Book Sale and taking a few good reads home! Friends and family of our artists are invited to the Artist's Reception on October 23, 2018 from 5:30 - 7:30pm. Flying Colors Fine Art Show 2018 at Montgomery School in Kimberton
Downingtown STEM Academy was invited by retired DASD Art Teacher, Edith Stevenson to exhibit two artworks by one student at the Flying Colors Fine Art Show at the Montgomery School. Senior, Kevin Huang was selected to exhibit a self-portrait and an illustration. The show is held October 26-28, 2018, with an opening reception on the 26th. Please mark your calendars to visit the show during that weekend! Congratulations Kevin!
